I accept the following methods of payment:
Cash, Credit/Debit Cards and Contactless Payments.
On the day of your massage, arrive 5 minutes early, you will need to complete a client intake form.
A sign will be on the door if I am still with a client, if this is the case, please take a seat and I'll be with you as soon as possible.
We will briefly discuss your medical history, talk about what will happen during the massage, and discuss any concerns you might have before your massage session.
This is a great time to ask questions if you should have any.
Wear comfortable clothes, remove all jewellery, and be ready to relax.
Please wait until I have left the room to undress, keep underwear on, and cover yourself with the towels and or blanket.
Make sure to keep hydrated, it will help to remove waste or toxins from your body, and if possible, try to have a rest day.

If you are unwell, it is in everyone's best interest not to attend.
Not only can it make everyone else unwell, but proceeding with your massage can further aggravate symptoms. You won't receive the benefits from your massage, you won't enjoy it. So your massage will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be required to pay for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
In order to ensure the provision of high-quality care within a reasonable timeframe, I have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy.
As appointments are in high demand, cancelling your appointment in advance allows me to offer the time slot to another individual seeking timely care. This policy helps us optimise our appointment availability for all clients.
During the appointment booking process, you will be required to pay for your chosen treatment fee in full via bank transfer.
I understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
In such cases, your fee will be applied towards a future appointment.
However, if you provide less than 24 hours' notice, or are a no-show, then 100% of the fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will be applied.
